What you'll do:
* Drive health & safety compliance across all sites, including audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
* Manage facilities services: planned maintenance, building compliance, and asset management.
* Oversee contractors and suppliers, ensuring performance and safety standards.
* Support infrastructure projects and sustainability initiatives.
What we're looking for:
* NEBOSH qualified with multi-site experience.
* Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and facilities management.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Experience in warehousing/logistics is a plus.
