Job Summary
We are Glasgows first authentic smokehouse experience and we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Restaurant supervisor, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service between the floor and also the bar.
* Manage and train restaurant staff, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional development.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food standards.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to maintain a positive dining experience.
Skills
* Strong background in hospitality management with experience in restaurant operations.
* Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
* Experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to helping others create memorable experiences.
Bar experience is a bonus but not essential.
