Job Description:
PrettyGreen is seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Executive & Content Creator to join our Growth Team, a dedicated group focused on building our brand, showcasing our work, and attracting new clients and talent.
The role involves creating standout content, developing creative concepts, ensuring excellent execution, and amplifying content across target audiences. You will work closely with our Agency Marketing Lead and collaborate with our Studio, PR, influencer, and events teams.
This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and experience in consumer PR, influencer, or experiential sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Maintain the agency’s marketing calendar, develop social media plans, and coordinate industry activity.
2. Content Creation: Produce engaging social media content, including simple designs and videos, write posts, and draft long-form content like blogs.
3. Social Media Management: Manage paid campaigns, monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track trends.
4. Podcast Support: Assist with scheduling, publishing, and promoting episodes of the 'What They Said' podcast.
5. Email & CRM: Use Mailchimp for newsletters and event invites; update and segment contact lists.
6. Website & Online Content: Manage content on WordPress, optimize for SEO, collaborate on website updates, and run Google Ads.
7. Analysis & Reporting: Track content performance, produce reports, and summarize activity for leadership.
