A global real estate investment manager is hiring a Business Development Executive to lead capital‑raising and investor‑relations efforts across the Gulf region. The role offers autonomy, international exposure, and direct collaboration with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow existing investor relationships, ensuring consistent communication and promotion of the firm's strategies.
* Develop new relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors across the Gulf region.
* Lead first‑contact outreach to prospective investors and coordinate follow‑up meetings with senior team members.
* Support the creation and implementation of a multi‑channel marketing strategy.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and investor status updates.
* Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and act as a point of contact for post‑closing investor relations.
Requirements
* Fluency in Arabic.
* 5+ years of capital‑raising experience in the Gulf region.
* Strong relationship‑building skills and professionalism (passion, precision, perseverance).
* Experience raising capital for real estate investments.
* Marketing qualifications or prior marketing experience.
Location
* Fully remote working model, can be based anywhere.
