We’re looking for a confident, people‑focused HR Advisor to support the mobilisation of our new Birmingham contract — helping colleagues settle in and ensuring smooth, consistent HR support across the operation. 💬🤝
💼 What you’ll be doing
* Provide clear, confident advice on ER matters (disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, redundancy).
* Coach managers to apply HR policy and best practice.
* Support onboarding and key people processes during mobilisation.
* Maintain accurate HR systems, trackers and monthly dashboards 📊.

🎯 What you’ll bring
* Strong ER case management experience and solid employment law knowledge.
* Experience supporting operational teams through change or mobilisation.
* Great communication skills and the ability to build trust.
* Calm, solutions‑focused and confidential 🤐.
* Comfortable using data and HR insights.
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
