We're now looking for a Complex Care Assistant to support a 17-year-old boy living in his family home in Polegate. If you're passionate about meaningful, one-to-one care and want a role where you can genuinely change lives, this could be the perfect fit.
About the Role You'll provide one-to-one support, helping this young person live well at home while ensuring his clinical needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:
* Seizure management
* Manual handling
* Administering medication

* Twilight shifts: 15:00 - 22:00
* Please note: part time shifts only are currently available with this client
