Graduate HR Project Manager We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our HR team as a Graduate HR Project Manager. Key Responsibilities Support the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects across various workstreams – track progress, follow up on actions, and update project plans accordingly Prepare and m anage project documentation, and ensure timely reporting on project milestones Identify risks (inc. scope creep / risks to budgets) and propose solutions to keep projects on track Lead various project calls covering different stakeholder groups (e.g., twice weekly stand-up calls with the HR Technology team, weekly status report call s, weekly project calls) Prepare and support with the delivery of change management and communication strategies for HR initiatives Prepare and manage agendas for cadence meetings What We’re Looking For A recent graduate (or final-year student) in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail Comfortable working with data, PowerPoint, Excel, and P roject Management tools Strong interest in HR and making a positive impact in the workplace What You’ll Gain Exposure to strategic HR projects and decision-making Guidance from HR leaders and experienced pro gramme manager Opportunities to develop project management skills
