EYFS Teacher – Exeter
Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a large Trust for an EYFS Teacher to work in a welcoming mainstream primary school in Exeter.
This permanent, full-time role is ideal for a qualified teacher who enjoys supporting young children in their early years of education. You will play a key role in creating a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
Role Details
Role: EYFS Teacher
Salary: £3,200 – £3,600 per month
Start Date: 8th June
Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm
Contract: Permanent, full-time, term time only
The Role Includes
• Planning and delivering engaging EYFS lessons and activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework• Supporting children's learning and development through play-based and structured activities• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress and maintaining accurate records• Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment• Supporting children's social, emotional, and behavioural development• Working closely with teaching assistants, parents, and other school staff to support pupil outcomes• Encouraging independence, curiosity, and confidence in all learners• Supervising pupils throughout the school day, including transitions and outdoor learning opportunities
We Are Looking for Candidates Who
• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) (essential)• Have experience teaching within EYFS or Early Years settings• Have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development• Are nurturing, enthusiastic, and adaptable• Have excellent communication and classroom management skills• Are passionate about supporting children's learning, wellbeing, and development
