Lead Structural Engineer – Residential Projects
Location: Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (DOE) + 25 days holiday + bank holidays
We’re proud to be working once again with a growing structural engineering consultancy based on the Hertfordshire / Essex border, as they continue to expand their talented team. Following a successful period of growth within the private residential market, they’re looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to help lead the charge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and technically sound engineer to take the reins on residential projects, while also providing guidance to junior team members.

- Experienced Structural Engineer with a strong grasp of UK building regulations
- Confident working directly with clients and project teams, especially on residential projects
- Strong mentorship and team leadership skills, able to support junior engineers
- Proficiency in report writing and good communication skills
- Tedds experience.
- Must hold a UK driving licence for regular site visits
