Customer Service/Sales Assistant | Hampshire | Full Time| £26,000 - £30,000 per annum Our client, the UK's leading Trailer Parts Supplier, is on the lookout for a proactive and motivated Customer Service/Sales Assistant to join their team. Are you the right person for the job? Excellent verbal and written communication skills A proactive attitude with the ability to identify tasks and take initiative without being asked Confidence in following up with customers, suppliers, or team members to ensure tasks are completed effectively Comfortable chasing up sales and orders to ensure timely fulfilment and customer satisfaction Interest in learning and using technology to improve workflow and efficiency Basic mechanical understanding is helpful but not essential — full training will be given What will your role look like? Act as the first point of contact for customers and visitors — by phone, and via email Manage ticketing systems to log, prioritise and follow up on customer requests and internal support needs Proactively follow up on outstanding sales and order enquiries to support the sales process Set up and maintain simple workflows using digital tools (training provided) Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey Use AI tools to assist with follow-ups, calendar scheduling, and task automation Maintain a tidy and professional front-of-house area Manage meeting room bookings as and when required What can you expect in return?
