We're currently supporting a well-established optical business with opportunities across multiple locations in the Cheshire & Wirral region. While you'll be based in one store, you'll be part of a supportive, growth-focused team culture that actively encourages development and progression.

* Hours: 40 hours per week 09:00 - 18:00 (1-hour lunch) Alternate full or one weekend

About the Practice
There are multiple locations across the Cheshire & Wirral region, but you will be based in one store.
* Larger store: Located in the heart of the town, this practice has 4 test rooms and a team of 20-25 staff, including Optometrists, Dispensing Opticians, and Optical Assistants.
* Smaller store: A welcoming location within a supermarket, offering excellent parking and nearby cafés/shops. The team here is around 10 people with 3 test rooms.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting Optometrists and Dispensing staff in delivering excellent patient care
* Dispensing and fitting spectacles
* Guiding patients through their journey with friendly, professional service
* Supporting the wider team to achieve smooth daily operations
* Playing a key role in building a positive, high-performing team environment
