* Champion a high‑quality resident experience in a luxury, self‑funded environment
* Maintain a warm, engaging atmosphere that reflects the home’s premium standards
Who You Are
* An experienced Home Manager with a proven track record in residential or dementia care
* Confident navigating CQC frameworks and delivering turnaround or improvement plans
* Energetic, visible, and able to bring teams together with clarity and confidence
* Passionate about delivering safe, person‑centred care in a luxury setting
* Strong commercially, operationally, and culturally – able to balance quality with performance
* A natural leader who thrives in an environment where high standards and accountability matter
The Reward
* Performance‑related bonus
* Full backing from an engaged, supportive senior leadership team
* Autonomy to implement change and make a significant impact quickly
* Opportunity to lead a high‑end, fully self‑funded home with excellent occupancy
Why This Role
The home is entering an important period where strong leadership and a focus on the basics are essential.
