LV=GI have a fantastic opportunity as a Customer Service Representative to join our family of talented people in our Bournemouth office.

Your full attendance is required for the first weeks due to the training programme schedule
What Will You Be Doing
You will spend your time on the phone, talking to our customers about all their insurance needs. Enthusiasm is vital, because we expect your last customer of the day to receive exactly the same great experience as your first. You’ll need resilience and empathy too – you could be speaking to someone who is having to change their car after an accident or speaking to a customer who is vulnerable and needs help with their insurance.
You will need be there for our customers every step of the way
At LV=GI you’ll be measured on the experience you offer customers and how you make them feel. You’ll be trained, supported and empowered to deal with every call in the best way possible.
Hybrid Work Model
Our mixed model way of working offers a 'best of both worlds' approach combining the best parts of home and office working, offering flexibility for everyone.
You will be required to be in the office a minimum of days a month with the flexibility to work from home the remaining days.
Working Times
In the Sales & Service department we are open for our customers with a wide variety of shift patterns.
Training
You will be required to complete a week training programme where you will learn all about our systems, products and processes. You will need to be available to attend the training Monday – Friday :am – :pm. After which, you can choose the shift pattern you would like to work from the selection of ‘lifestyle’ shift patterns we have available. We have both and hr shifts available.
