Guest Services Assistant
The role of a Guest Services Assistant is to make our guests feel personally welcomed, cared for, and inspired to have their best holiday ever.

Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming guests on arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
* Assisting with holiday bookings, guest queries, and resolving issues
* Liaising with different departments to make sure guest needs are met
* Supporting with F&B shifts when required, which could include serving drinks, taking orders, delivering meals, or clearing tables
* Keeping guest service areas (and occasionally F&B areas) clean, tidy, and guest-ready
Skills, Experience and Qualities
To deliver delight to our guests, you’ll need to have strong customer service skills and experience, be confident, organised, and resilient under pressure, and have great communication skills.

* Be open to learning F&B skills, or already have some experience
