As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Client Relationship Executives to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to combine high-energy outbound prospecting with relationship management, ensuring a varied and rewarding workload.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A key focus will be proactively contacting businesses by phone to introduce our finance solutions, generate interest, and build your client pipeline. This will include a high volume of quality calls each day, supported by email follow-ups and CRM management.

Alongside this, you will work with referred customers from our partners, ensuring every enquiry is handled quickly, professionally, and with the client's needs at the centre. With an uncapped performance-related commission scheme, your earning potential is entirely in your hands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Prospect, identify, and engage with new and existing customers through outbound calls, email, and other channels.
* Make a high number of proactive calls each day to connect with decision-makers and generate new business opportunities.
* Present and showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
* Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
* Achieve sales targets whilst ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
* Collaborate with other departments to optimise sales strategies and processes.
* Maintain accurate records of all activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development.

REQUIREMENTS

* Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, or customer-facing sales roles.
* Comfortable and confident making outbound calls at volume to engage new prospects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
* Knowledge of [industry or products] is desirable but not essential; full training provided.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
* Resilience, adaptability, and a positive, energetic attitude.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

The base salary for this position ranges from £25,000 to £27,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a monthly uncapped performance-related commission scheme, allowing you to earn significantly more based on your sales achievements. The more you sell, the more you earn.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

* Basic Salary: £25,000–£27,000 per year (depending on experience)
* OTE: £34,000–£36,000 per year with monthly uncapped commission
* Annual company bonus scheme

* Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift (no evenings or weekends)
