Your responsibilities as Restaurant Manager
Lead daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service across front and back of house
Maintain high standards of customer experience, food quality, and hygiene compliance
Train and develop staff to deliver consistent, confident service
Support stock control, supplier coordination, and deliveries
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development

What we're looking for in a Restaurant Manager
Previous hospitality xxuwjjq or food service management experience
Strong front-of-house leadership experience
Experience working within a commercial kitchen environment
Knowledge of food hygiene, compliance, and operational procedures
Experience training and developing staff
Working hours: 40+ hours per week with a mix of straight and split shifts
