Your mission? Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Coordination Lead end-to-end project delivery. Act as the primary interface for clients and internal teams. Manage design consultants and construction teams. Develop integrated project schedules. Facilitate communication among all stakeholders. Financial & Commercial Management Create and track detailed project budgets. Monitor cost performance throughout the project lifecycle. Manage change orders and commercial risks. Approve contracts and key financial decisions. Quality Assurance & Compliance Implement quality control processes. Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Conduct site inspections and manage client handover. Leadership & Collaboration Support multiple projects within a small, agile team. Provide clear updates to senior leadership. Maintain positive relationships with clients and partners. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in project management. Professional certifications (RICS, CIOB) preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methods and design processes. Essential Skills Excellent communication skills. Proficient in ASTA or MS Project. Strong commercial awareness. Attention to detail and analytical ability. Microsoft Office proficiency. Experience Similar project management environment. Retail tenant fit-out experience (desirable).
