Senior Business Development Manager
Location: South London – Hybrid (2–3 days in the office / c.50% UK travel)
Salary: £60,000 basic + £60,000 OTE (uncapped)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Stott & May are currently working with a high-growth consultancy in the cyber and AI risk space, seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive expansion across enterprise markets.
This is a high-impact, new business role focused on winning and growing large-scale opportunities across cyber security, AI governance, and risk services.
The Role:
* Drive new business across enterprise and upper mid-market accounts
* Build, own, and execute strategic sales plans
* Develop high-value, multi-year engagements (vCISO, AI testing, Red Teaming)
* Engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
* Take full ownership of pipeline generation, forecasting, and commercial negotiations
* Build and leverage your own network of prospects
Skills and Experience:
* Proven new business hunter with experience in cyber security or professional services
* Strong track record of generating your own pipeline and opening new accounts
* Ability to work independently and operate in a high-autonomy environment
* Experience selling into enterprise environments
* Commercially astute, confident, and self-sufficient
* Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions
