Regional Lead Proposition & GTM Strategy Manager
Salt are working with a leading Tech scale-up building a best in class product portfolio for Enterprise customers.
They are looking for an experienced Proposition and Strategy Manager to join the team and help identify new commercial opportunities for their product portfolio across EMEA.
The Proposition & Strategy Lead will have the opportunity to own the end-to-end lifecycle of propositions—from market insight and positioning to go-to-market execution and performance optimization—tailored to the unique dynamics of EMEA, with an initial focus on central Europe and then into MENA.
You'll lead the development and execution of new value propositions, define and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and key initiatives whilst tailoring the value proposition to clients alongside the sales and account teams. You'll be working cross functionally with Product, Sales & marketing, connecting commercial and platform teams by providing customer demand validation and market fit.
You will have experience across the following:
* At least 6 years experience in proposition development, product marketing or commercial strategy.
* Proven success in a regional or market-facing role, ideally within B2B or B2B2C tech, financial services, travel, loyalty or SaaS.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data and market dynamics.
* Knowledge of pricing strategy, customer segmentation, and positioning frameworks.
* Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management
The position is based in London, with 2 days required in the office. You'll participate in a detailed IV process, allowing you to understand the company culture, approach to problem solving, how they execute and use data and understand the complex challenges they face as a business.
The position offers up to £95k on base salary, along with an annual performance bonus.
