Key Responsibilities:Candidate Resourcing & Recruitment:Source apprenticeship candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.Screen candidates via telephone, video, and face-to-face interviews.Assess candidate suitability against apprenticeship standards and employer requirements.Maintain accurate candidate records on CRM system.Apprentice Placement & Matching:Match candidates to appropriate apprenticeship vacancies.Prepare candidates for interviews (CV support, interview guidance, expectations).Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.Support successful onboarding and placement of apprentices.Employer & Stakeholder Support:Liaise with employers to understand vacancy requirements and workforce needs.Provide timely updates to employers on candidate progress.Support employer engagement teams with vacancy fulfilment.Administration & Compliance:Ensure all candidate documentation is complete and compliant.Support eligibility checks and right-to-work requirements.Maintain GDPR-compliant records.Track placement outcomes and report on KPIs.Continuous Improvement:Contribute to improving recruitment and placement processes.Support marketing and outreach activities to attract new applicants.Participate in training and development as part of the apprenticeship programme.Skills & Attributes:Essential:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Organised with good attention to detail.Confident using IT systems (MS Office, CRM databases).Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities.Professional, proactive, and customer-focused.Desirable:Interest in recruitment, HR, or apprenticeships.Experience of working in an office or customer-facing role.Familiarity with social media recruitment platforms.
