Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring exceptional service standards and a consistent guest experience across all areas. Drive revenue performance through effective labour planning, stock control, cost management, and strategic decision-making. Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive, proactive, supportive, and people-first culture. Maintain full compliance with health & safety, licensing, food safety, and operational company policies. Oversee all financial responsibilities including daily banking, cash handling, P&L management, forecasting, and weekly reporting. Lead service on busy shifts, acting as a visible, hands-on presence to support the team, resolve issues, and enhance guest satisfaction. Build strong relationships with guests, the local community, and internal teams to maximise engagement and repeat business.
