Graduate Town Planner – Town Planning Consultancy (Essex)
Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in Town Planning? A leading consultancy based in Essex is looking for a Graduate Town Planner to join their thriving team. Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)

As a Graduate Town Planner, you will be working within a collaborative and dynamic team on a variety of exciting projects. You will receive invaluable mentorship from senior planners, helping you to develop your skills and knowledge. This role offers a clear pathway to becoming a Chartered Planner (RTPI) through support with your APC (Assessment of Professional Competence).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with planning applications and reports
2. Conduct research and analysis to support planning projects
3. Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
4. Help prepare site assessments, planning statements, and other documentation
5. Work closely with senior planners to develop your skills and experience

6. A degree in Town Planning (or related field)
7. A strong desire to develop a career in Town Planning
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude
10. An ability to work well both independently and within a team
