This is a permanent, fully office-based role.
Office Junior duties and responsibilities
* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors.
* Answering and directing incoming calls.
* Providing reception and front-of-house support.
* Supporting with facilities and general office administration.
* CRM/database management and data cleansing.
* Conducting research and updating internal systems.
* Preparing documents and bundles ahead of meetings.
* Supporting with events and office coordination tasks.
* Assisting with marketing and administrative projects.
* Managing ad hoc office tasks and providing support across the wider team.
Office Junior key skills and experience required
* Proactive and willing to assist wherever needed.
* Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
* Organised with strong attention to detail.
* Friendly and professional manner.
* Self-sufficient with a positive attitude.
* Strong communication skills.
* Keen to learn and develop professionally.
