A highly experienced accountancy practice is recruiting for a Client Manager to join their growing team. This practice has been in operation for over 25 years and currently employs between 45-50 staff members. They have a low staff turnover and tend to promote internally.
They are now seeking an experienced Client Manager to play a vital role in the practice's growth. Client Manager Job Overview
1. Managing a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact from start to completion.
2. Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns.
3. Ensuring the timely and accurate submission of tax returns and accounts.
4. Providing strategic advice and planning on accounts and tax matters, including tailored business advice.
5. Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior team members, reviewing work for accuracy, and providing guidance and support.
6. Identifying opportunities for business development and playing a key role in client onboarding.
Client Manager Job Requirements
1. Preferably ACA or ACCA qualified; QBE candidates will also be considered.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in accountancy practice.
3. Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients within an accountancy practice.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to commute to the Leicester office.
6. No sponsorship required.

1. Competitive salary dependent on experience, up to £50,000.
