Salary: £60,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: 3-5 years experience in an MSP environment delivering technical projects or advanced 2nd/3rd line work Strong technical capability in server, cloud, networking, security, and telecom technologies Proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2022), Active Directory, Group Policy Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking technologies including firewalls, VPNs, VLANs Ability to conduct IT audits and provide clear findings and recommendations Relevant certifications (highly desirable): Microsoft MS-900, AZ-900, MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300, Cisco CCNA, CCNP Responsibilities: Deliver IT, cloud, networking, and telecom projects to a high standard Install, configure, and migrate systems including servers, Microsoft 365, and Azure Conduct pre-installation checks and risk assessments Collaborate with Project Managers for workload planning and milestone tracking Produce detailed project documentation including implementation plans and reports Support customer go-lives and out-of-hours project work as necessary Attend customer sites for audits, onboarding, and issue resolution Act as a technical lead during customer engagements and ensure smooth transitions to BAU Maintain accurate documentation for all project work Participate in project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Technologies: Active Directory Azure Cloud Cisco Hyper-V Support Microsoft 365 Security VMware Windows Office 365 DevOps Hardware Network SharePoint More: We are a Managed Service Provider dedicated to delivering high-quality technical projects in various customer environments.
