* CRES Colleague Services Site for Glasgow & Facilities Management Supplier Lead for the UK.
* Own and drive all CRES Relationships & Stakeholder Management for the Glasgow Campus.
* Drive Glasgow Campus Strategy for Scotland, engaging with local Government, Community, Commerce, and Colleagues for all Facilities-Related activities.
* Be the Supplier Manager for the UK elements of the Global Integrated Facilities Management contract, valued at approximately £100m annually.
* Ensure the delivery of service outcomes from the Global Integrated Facilities Management contract.

To oversee and drive a consistent excellent workplace experience, optimizing the productivity and wellbeing of the workforce.
Accountabilities
* Partner with the CRES team on Campus Maintenance (BAU Colleague Services, Health & Safety, Maintenance & Engineering, Food & Beverage, Curated Experience, Sustainability, Risk Management).
* Partner with the CRES team on Campus Engagement (Campus SteerCo, Colleague Communications, Curated Experience, Pillar Outcomes & Employee Resource Groups, External Engagement including Local/Regulatory bodies).
* Drive Campus Efficiency & Effectiveness (Management of Hybrid Working, Campus Seating & Capacity, Campus Technology such as Tech Bar, Teammate, Connectivity, Travel/Commute/Parking).

* Manage a business function, contributing to strategic initiatives, influencing policies, and managing complex projects that may be business-wide.
* Lead a large team or sub-function, fostering a performance culture aligned with business values, or lead organization-wide projects as a technical expert and thought leader.
* Provide expert advice to senior management and committees, influencing decisions outside own function.
* Manage resourcing, budgeting, and policy creation for a significant sub-function.
* Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and monitor external environment and regulatory developments.

* Utilize advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems and design solutions.
* Make strategic decisions within own area, negotiate and influence stakeholders at senior levels, and act as a principal contact point for key clients.
* Represent the function and business division as a spokesperson.
