Duties and responsibilities related to the Painter role are
Complete painting and decorating projects with precision and attention to detail, maintaining high standards of quality
Carry out regular maintenance and touch-up work to ensure the hotels interior and exterior surfaces remain in excellent condition
Coordinate with departments such as Front Office and Housekeeping to schedule projects with minimal disruption to operations and guest experience
Maintain an organised inventory of paints, tools, and equipment, coordinating with Purchasing to reorder supplies as required
Follow all safety regulations when working with paints, chemicals, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to maintain a safe working environment
About you
You bring proven expertise in painting and decorating, supported by a solid understanding of general maintenance; experience within a hotel or hospitality environment would be highly advantageous.
Detail-oriented, professional, and dependable, you are equally effective working independently or as part of a team. With a strong commitment to safety and consistently high standards, you take pride in maintaining an immaculate environment that enhances the experience of both guests and colleagues.
