We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Bulwell (Nottingham), so we could be the perfect match!
This is a permanent role working 21 hours a week. You will work 3 days per week from 9.15am to 5.15pm, including some weekends. Flexibility to do extra shifts to cover holidays and sickness is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring high standards of customer service

* Maximising sales through physical and digital channels
* Supporting recruitment and development of volunteers
* Achieving campaign activity goals
* Assisting with stock generation alongside the manager
Our stores operate 7 days a week, requiring flexibility for weekends and bank holidays. The role involves physical work due to donation volumes but is rewarding as it supports life-saving research.
