Location: Saltdean, BN2
Salary and Hours
* Salary: £12.25 up to £12.45, paid training
* Hours: 15, 22.5, 30, 37.5 contracts available
* Shifts: 7.5 hour shifts, alternate weekends
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities live happy, healthy, safe lives and achieve their full potential. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds including care, retail, hospitality, warehouse, cleaner, customer service, or admin roles, and we provide ongoing training and support throughout your career with us.

Requirements
* This role requires an Enhanced DBS to be carried out

* A salary increase to £12.45 on completion of a paid-for Level 2-3 NVQ qualification (industry-recognised qualification)

About Our Homes
Our homes consist of spacious ensuite rooms with warm communal lounges, a kitchen and large garden, as well as sensory and “chill out” activity rooms. Services are located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, and transport links, including a direct bus route into the centre of Brighton. This enables service users to create positive links with the local and wider community in Brighton.
