Account Manager

Were looking for a driven Account Manager to join a growing business support team. Acting as the first point of contact for clients, resellers, and prospects, youll deliver first-class account management while proactively consulting on their technology and telecoms requirements.
This is a role for someone who loves building relationships, can engage confidently both over the phone and face-to-face, and thrives on developing long-term partnerships with decision-makers.
?? What Youll Be Doing Maintain and grow existing accounts, while identifying new business opportunities
Conduct regular business reviews with clients and resellers
Cross-sell and up-sell products and services to maximise account value
Own the renewal process and ensure strong client retention
Proactively manage churn risk for key products
Collaborate across departments to ensure delivery exceeds client expectations
Communicate clearly with clients, resolving issues quickly and professionally
?? What Were Looking For Proven background in account management or sales
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working to targets
A team player who understands the value of collaboration
Strong IT skills and experience with business management systems
Knowledge of Salesforce, telecoms, or ICT solutions (advantageous, not essential)
