Full-Time | Permanent | Manufacturing | Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Salary: Circa £49,000 + Paid Overtime

You will be part of a well structured and forward thinking maintenance team, led by an inspirational manager who is passionate about team development. The manager actively drives team growth through individual training plans, with a strong focus on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Continuous Improvement, and upskilling.
Maintenance Technician – Job Role
Working as part of a skilled engineering team, your main responsibilities will include:
10. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a variety of plant and production machinery.
11. Diagnosing faults and ensuring minimal downtime of equipment.
12. Supporting TPM initiatives and CI projects across the plant.
13. Assisting with equipment upgrades, installations and plant modifications.
Key Requirements
14. Experience in manufacturing, process or production environment.
15. Multi skilled ideally with exposure to Plc Controls, CNC machinery, or robots.
16. Apprentice trained and qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
17. A proactive mindset with a desire to improve plant reliability and performance
