St Lukes Hospice is looking for a talented Content Designer to help bring our work, stories and campaigns to life through highquality visual content. This is a creative, handson role focused on producing engaging, accessible and onbrand designs across print and digital channels. Youll support fundraising, retail, clinical services and internal communications, helping ensure our messages connect with diverse audiences with warmth, clarity and compassion.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will design and deliver a wide range of marketing materials, including campaign graphics, social media content, printed materials, digital screen assets and email visuals. Working closely with the Marketing and Communications team, you will use templates and brand guidelines to ensure consistency and accessibility across all outputs. You will also contribute creative ideas to campaigns, support basic photography and video editing, manage design assets, and work collaboratively to deliver projects to deadline.

Job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include producing creative, onbrand design work for print and digital channels; maintaining and applying St Lukes visual identity; supporting campaigns, fundraising and retail with highquality assets; capturing and editing basic photography and video; managing design files and image libraries; liaising with printers and suppliers; and ensuring all content meets accessibility, GDPR and safeguarding standards while reflecting the values and ethos of St Lukes Hospice.
