About the role

As a Packaging Administrator in the No7 Beauty Company you will work in a busy team supporting the delivery of new and innovative packaging solutions. With high levels of accuracy and organisation you will manage admin in the packaging team including loading of technical data onto IT systems, raising and tracking payments, managing product samples and carrying out simple testing on products.

This role reports into a Packaging Manager and is part of a team of Packaging Technologists supporting our iconic No7 Beauty Company brands.


Key responsibilities

* Ensure all products have accurate and complete documentation in place and that it is maintained throughout the product lifecycle on the relevant IT systems.
* Accountable for managing product approval samples and release to market, tracks and obtains relevant product certification, test reports, dossiers, technical agreements, and sends out manufacturing documents for internally developed products.
* Manage budget administration including raising POs, tracking invoices, overall project budget reports.
* Adopt all applicable No7 Beauty Company processes and procedures, controls and loads documents onto appropriate information management systems and maintain in line with quality management system requirements.
* Use process & systems knowledge to identify and implement new or improved ways of working.
* Conducts simple packaging/product testing under the supervision of a Packaging Technologist with results accurately recorded in line with required procedures.
* Manages all aspects of postal for the Packaging Team.

* Great relationship building with different people.
* Desire to work independently and Self motivation.
* Concern for order and quality with excellent accuracy.
* Good prioritisation and time management.
* Excellent IT skills, using a variety of systems including product database software.
* Present information in a clear, logical and structured way.
