HGV Class 2 ADR Driver – Nuneaton
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 ADR Driver to join our well-established client based in Nuneaton .
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, immediate starts, and long-term opportunities with a reputable and growing company.
This role will suit candidates who have worked as a LGV Class 2 Driver , ADR Driver , Category C Tanker Driver.
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday
Start times between 04:00 – 07:00
No weekend working
Full-time ongoing work
Pay Rate:
£16.50 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as an HGV Class 2 ADR Driver will include:
Operating and driving Class 2 ADR vehicles safely and efficiently
Completing vehicle checks before and after each shift
Delivering goods to customers and delivery locations
Ensuring cargo is loaded, secured, and transported safely
Adhering to all driving laws, ADR regulations, and company procedures
Communicating effectively with transport teams and customers
Reporting vehicle defects or maintenance requirements promptly
Assisting with loading and unloading when required
Completing all relevant paperwork and delivery documentation accurately
Essential Skills:
The skills required to be an HGV Class 2 ADR Driver are:
A valid UK Category C Licence
A valid ADR qualification
A minimum of 24 months' Class 2 driving experience
A valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
No more than six penalty points for minor infringements
No major endorsement codes
Excellent timekeeping and reliability
A strong understanding of driving laws and regulations
Good communication and customer service skills
Desirable Experience:
Previous commercial driving experience
Previous multi-drop delivery experience
Experience working within a fast-paced transport environment
Training:
Industry related training provided and ongoing support throughout
