Role: Invoicing Administrator Salary: £25,000-£27,000 pro rata Location: Kidligton, Oxfordshire Hours: 24 Hours/Week Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Invoicing Administrator to join our team. This role requires a versatile individual who is confident using their initiative, has a working knowledge of invoicing processes and is comfortable juggling a variety of administrative responsibilities when required. Key Responsibilities of the Invoicing Administrator: Produce approximately 750 sales invoices per month - cross referencing engineers job sheets, price lists, quotations and previously raised invoices to ensure accurate values. Produce sales credits when required Ensure accurate coding to the appropriate nominal/general ledger code Raise quotations On occasion provide general administrative support to Directors, administration and finance teams. On occasion process customer requests, update records and ensure timely follow up on queries.About you: 1-2 years in similar role (ideally in a small to medium enterprise). Experience with Sage 50 is essential Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High attention to detail, organisational skills, and accuracy.
