Selling quality school uniforms, sportswear and sports equipment through our various supply channels be it high street shops, on-line, on-campus shops, pop-up shops or direct to school.
Main purpose of the role
· To ensure that all customers receives the highest level of customer service
Primary Responsibilities
· To sell the company's products, ensuring the customers' needs are always being considered
· To maintain product knowledge to ensure customers are advised accurately
· To take responsibility for ensuring stock is replenished and displayed correctly
· Ensure the shop floor is maintained in a clean and tidy environment
· To attend selling events when required
· To help complete stock checks annually
· To accurately operate the till system
· To carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by the Management.
