FT Recruitment Group are partnering with a well-established IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) who are looking for an experienced IT Sales/Account Manager to join their growing team, based at their offices in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. As IT Account Manager, youll act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, as well as leading new business development with a driven, proactive, Hunter-style approach. Main duties include: Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients Create and present detailed technology roadmaps and commercial proposals Develop strong, long-term client relationships across all levels of business Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner Communicate company and technology updates clearly to clients Collaborate with internal technical teams and solution specialists to deliver accurate, up-to-date advice Identify and act on new commercial opportunities within existing accounts Proactively seek to enhance the customer experience and streamline internal processes Stay informed about emerging technologies, market trends, and new products Suitable candidates should have the following: 4 years experience in customer success or IT account management, ideally within an IT MSP environment Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-focused way A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving KPIs and business objectives 1st Line/2nd Line technical understanding of core IT products and services, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, Antivirus and Security Solutions Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
