The EMEIA Consumer Channel Sales Product Manager will be responsible for deeply understanding the needs of our internal Consumer Channel Sales teams and delivering solutions that enhance their effectiveness. This role will focus on building and refining solutions in key process areas such as account planning, consumer channel reporting, and digital sales tools. This role demands building a strong network to influence global roadmaps and looking for ways to harmonize processes across Apple. Proven experience in product management, deploying enterprise-grade systems at scale. Demonstrable experience of defining product strategy and roadmaps. Ability to approach projects analytically; experience of making data-driven decisions is required. Experience in agile and waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience working in a regional team influencing worldwide initiatives. Experience in a sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role supporting sales teams. Familiarity with the application of AI/ML concepts to solve business problems. Experience in design thinking methodologies. Salesforce Platform experience, including a working knowledge of Salesforce and its reporting/dashboard capabilities, is preferred.
