The role / impact As a Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience to established Xero partners. Your focus will be on supporting partners currently on a business plan, helping them implement Xero effectively, fulfilling their contract terms, and setting them up for a successful renewal. You will also engage with partners to identify growth opportunities, driving their organic run rate and introducing cross-sell or up-sell possibilities. A key part of your role involves preventing churn by educating partners on product offerings, ensuring they understand the full value of the platform, and facilitating subscription upgrades where appropriate. The team & how they connect You will work collaboratively with Post Sales Partner Consultants to deepen partner adoption and engagement with Xero. This involves working with cross-functional teams such as Customer Experience, Sales Operations, and Marketing to optimise workflows and enhance the partner journey. Together, you support the partner’s journey to meet the commitment of their business plan. Initially, the role will focus on Developing and executing a strategic territory plan to meet and exceed revenue and retention targets. Working with partners to ensure their customers are using the most appropriate subscriptions and developing conversion plans for new clients. Combating churn risk through education and value proposition to detect and mitigate downgrade risks early. Fostering deep relationships with stakeholders and developing multiple contacts within each partner firm. Where and how you can work This role requires regular travel throughout the year for industry events and partner onsite meetings to maintain high levels of partner satisfaction. Here are some of the things we’re looking for, for this role You have experience in sales within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment. Ideally, you bring a talent for strong customer engagement and managing long-term client relationships. We are looking for someone with a process-driven and results-focused approach to their work. Outstanding communication and presentation skills are essential for this position. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM would be highly advantageous.
