Your Role
* Deliver Inspiring Lessons: Plan and teach engaging lessons for KS1 or KS2 pupils, aligned with the National Curriculum.
* Create a Positive Learning Environment: Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Collaborate Effectively: Communicate clearly with colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
* Build Strong Relationships: Liaise with parents when required, maintaining open and supportive communication.
* Personalise Learning: Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching in KS1 or KS2.
* Strong communication and time-management skills.
* A flexible approach and ability to adapt across different classes.
* A clear understanding of safeguarding practices.
