Summary
We are seeking a skilled Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician to join our team in the heart of our community. This role is crucial in ensuring safe medication practices and enhancing patient health outcomes through effective care and support.
Responsibilities
* Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
* Provide excellent patient care and support
* Maintain accurate medication records and inventory
* Educate patients on medication use and health management
* Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
* Manage prescription orders efficiently
* Participate in community health initiatives.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician
* Strong knowledge of medication administration practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
* Understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards.
* Certification as an ACPT is required.
