As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will drive revenue expansion through consultative sales, relationship management, and product representation. This role reports to the Sales Director and will be measured by financial, quota, and activity targets.
* Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and marketing leads.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of our products: Workwell Complete Back Office, Complete Funding, Evertime SaaS, and Evertime Pay & Bill.
* Present engaging and persuasive product demos to prospective clients.
* Understand client needs to offer tailored solutions aligning with their operational challenges.
* Manage leads through the sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.
* Negotiate pricing and contract terms, address objections, and close deals confidently.
* BUILD long-term relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and retention.
* Maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes in our CRM and provide sales reports to management.
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Requirements
* A proven track record in sales with the ability to consistently meet or exceed targets.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong interpersonal relationships with clients.
* Confident use of CRM tools and other sales technologies.
* Self-driven, goal-focused, and capable of working independently.
* Familiarity with back-office operations and cloud-based software is advantageous but not essential.

Job Details
This is a full-time position based in Otley, Leeds, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:30 hours. The salary range is £30k - £40k (dependent on experience).
