Chief of Staff
• £95,000–£135,000 + profit share & equity

The Chief of Staff will operate as a strategic partner to a senior Cluster Lead, ensuring the cluster runs smoothly, priorities stay aligned and performance remains exceptional. This is a visible, influential role combining operational leadership, strategic delivery and trusted counsel at senior level.
Role Highlights
– Act as the operational and strategic anchor for a large business cluster
– Drive cluster-wide transformation programmes and strategic initiatives
– Lead governance, planning cycles, key forums and leadership events
– Coordinate across central functions to ensure alignment and clarity
– Represent senior leadership when required, maintaining momentum and accountability
You Will Need
– Proven experience operating as a Chief of Staff or similar role in professional services
– Strong stakeholder influence, including coaching and advising senior leaders
– Track record delivering complex, cross-functional change programmes
– High emotional intelligence, judgement and discretion in ambiguous environments
– Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
