Your new role
As a Senior Data Scientist specialising in Marketing Mix Modelling and Marketing Effectiveness, you will lead the delivery of end‑to‑end marketing effectiveness programmes for global clients across various sectors.
Key responsibilities:
1. Own full MMM project cycles — from data strategy and modelling to insights, activation, and client rmendations.
2. Apply econometrics, regression, Bayesian methods, and machine learning to large,plex datasets.
3. Produce dashboards, decisioning tools, and visual analytics using internal frameworks.
4. Translate technical outputs into clear, strategic rmendations for senior stakeholders and C‑suite decision makers.
5. Act as day‑to‑day contact for clients, supporting workshops, presentations, andmercial conversations.
What you'll need to succeed
6. 3+ years’ experience in marketing effectiveness (MMM), advanced analytics, or data science.
7. Strong technical capability in Python, R, SQL; experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks) beneficial.
8. Solid grounding in econometrics, regression modelling, Bayesian approaches, or advanced statistical techniques.
9. Proven experience turning analytical outputs into actionablemercial insights.
10. Confidentmunicator with strong client‑facing skills and the ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously.
11. A collaborative mindset with a passion for coaching and developing junior team members.
