Motus Commercials in Hull is seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to join our friendly team in the parts department. The position involves working from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm.

As an Business Development Executive in Hull, you will:

* Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Provide high-level customer service
* Possess knowledge of products and manufacturer systems
* Understand the demands of the role and dedicate the necessary time to achieve results
* Approach work methodically and perform well under pressure

It is advantageous if you have knowledge of Kerridge systems.

This is a customer-facing, field-based role reporting directly to the Head of Parts Sales. Your responsibilities include managing customer accounts, maximizing parts sales, and fostering strong relationships with customers and manufacturers.

* Develop and grow customer base using CRM systems
* Provide detailed reports on customer activities and opportunities
* Encourage customer loyalty and sales growth
* Promote the use of manufacturer web-based sales platforms
* Collaborate with the parts team to ensure excellent customer service
* Develop regional promotions and relationships with key customers
* Maintain accurate inventory data and manage stock levels effectively
* Resolve invoice queries promptly and manage bad debt issues
* Implement account-specific growth strategies
* Engage in continuous learning and development
