The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll take ownership of assigned customer accounts and manage the full order lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact for customers.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Processing and managing customer orders from receipt to delivery
2. Acting as the main contact for customer queries, updates, and issue resolution
3. Liaising with internal teams (planning, logistics, production) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
4. Proactively resolving delivery, stock, or order issues
5. Maintaining accurate records using ERP systems and MS Office
6. Supporting continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience
What We're Looking For
This role would suit someone with experience in:
7. Customer Service / Customer Support / Customer Care
8. Sales Order Processing or Order Administration
9. Account management or customer account coordination
You'll also bring:
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills
11. Confidence managing multiple orders and priorities
12. Experience using ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Excel
