Rates of Pay:
* Chef de Partie – From £17.94 per hour (including holiday pay)
* Sous Chef – From £19.98 per hour (including holiday pay)
* Head Chef – From £22.02 per hour (including holiday pay)
Key Responsibilities:
As an Agency Chef, you’ll step into busy kitchens and provide immediate support where needed:
* Deliver high-quality dishes to each venue’s standards
* Adapt quickly to different kitchens and teams
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
* Work professionally under pressure
* Communicate effectively with kitchen and front of house teams
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for reliable chefs in Ryde, Isle of Wight who are ready to start work immediately:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef
* Up-to-date Food Hygiene and Allergen certificates
* A professional, proactive attitude with strong timekeeping
* Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
* Two references to support your experience
