The Village our first self contained, private accommodation option, located within our 470- acre grounds. Joining our beloved country house hotel, The Village will be a short five-minute buggy ride from the main house and will comprise 21 individual rooms, within 10 cottages, alongside a private, five- bedroom house. Situated at The Village is Mrs Beeton’s restaurant, named after the famous Victorian culinary goddess, that will be offering a classically British fare. The restaurant will have 38 covers and additional outdoor dining in the warmer months. The Role As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of Mrs Beeton's restaurant, ensuring an outstanding experience for visiting members and guests. Shift Pattern 40 hour week, the ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7. The typical hours for this position may consist of: 07:00-15:30, 10:00-22:30 and 15:00-01:00.
