A well-established private client team is seeking a Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join its growing practice. The team specialises inplex, high-value estate administration and offers the opportunity to work with long-standing clients on technically challenging matters.Key Responsibilities:
1. Advising on capital tax planning, trusts, asset protection, and succession
2. Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents
3. Managing estate administration, including high-value andplex estates
4. Handling inheritance tax calculations, HMRC submissions, and post-death planning
Key requirements:
5. Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in private client work
6. STEP membership (or willingness to qualify)
7. Strong technical andmunication skills
8. Ability to manage a varied caseload with attention to detail
