We are looking for aSenior Care Assistantwith experience in care homes, adult health, social care, or community settings. Evidence of professional development in dementia care is essential. You will inspire care teams to provide compassionate, high-quality support tailored to each residents needs. You will create personalised care plans, promote health and well-being, and ensure that the preferences and choices of residents are central to their care.
Rate of pay: £15.22 to £16.36 per hour (inclusive of night allowance)
Working 36 hours per week, our night shifts run from 8:00pm to 8:00am, including weekends and bank holidays.
